Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days with free 2nd class postage. You may upgrade your delivery at checkout if you desire.

2nd class postage does usually take 2-4 working days but it’s not a guaranteed service unfortunately! Royal Mail do experience delays from time to time & they allow 10 working days before an order is considered lost - it shouldn’t take that long though.
International shipping varies upon region & your estimated arrival date will be calculated upon checkout.

In order to keep your jewellery in the best condition, keep it out of contact with any water, chemicals or cosmetics & remove whilst sleeping.

You’re more than welcome to return your order as long as it is in the state you received it in. Please include your order number and name in the return. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene purposes.
